It’s about servicing our customer.  When I manage a property, the owner and I become one.  We’re a team.  And as a team, we need to keep our customer happy.

In fact, I have more prospective customers than we have homes. Customers choose our company because we show them that we appreciate their business, we customize payments that work for their budget, and fix repairs quickly. Much of the hundreds of waiting customers we have, are referred to us by our current and past customers.

That’s one of the reasons why we require that we manage all service calls thru my team or a vendor of my choice.  It’s also the reason why we show each property personally to a prospective tenant.  You want me to be 100% responsible for the outcome.  That’s why you are hiring me.  I get it.  But if I am going to work hard for you and protect your interests 24/7, then I need all the tools and best people to deliver the result you expect and I work to deliver every day to my clients.

I specialize in single family properties and multi-unit residential properties and my clients rely on me for:

  • Consulting Services: We provide strategic advice and planning for owners of residential property thru our auditing process.
  • Problem Resolution Services: We know how to remedy customer payment defaults, deferred property maintenance, and even get you a good return in what others consider, challenging neighborhoods.
  • Rental Management Services: We provide fully managed rental transactions to maximize monthly payment value, while providing quality service and quality product to our customer.
  • Lease-To-Purchase Services: We provide fully managed short or extended leasing and/or “owner finance” transactions representing the client and placing and managing the customer until successful completion.
  • Repair Services: We manage repairs, grounds keeping, and maintenance services on all transactions. Because I deal in a volume of maintenance and repair services, you’ll get an approximate 10% savings on retail pricing on work performed and a lot of times backed up with guarantees and warranties other companies cannot offer. Why? Because I am managing your property. It’s also important to know that I have good working relationships with building and codes personnel in the counties in which we do business so that we can advocate on behalf of our client and have city and county officials partner with us in executing our management solutions.

How much money do we save our clients on large take-back costs, repairs and keeping units paying during the course of the year?
